4. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER JEWELRY

Some Gaja Glow products are made or prepared after an order is placed.

For customized or personalized products, customers are responsible for providing accurate information such as size, measurements, names, initials, engraving details, stone selection, or other customization requirements.

Once production of a custom or personalized item has started, cancellation, return, or exchange may not be available except where required by applicable law or where the item is defective or arrives damaged.

5. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Orders generally require approximately 7 business days for preparation, production, quality inspection, finishing, and packaging.

After dispatch, international shipping generally takes approximately 12 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 19 business days.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, holidays, transportation issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
